Shortly after the events of the first film, a medical officer and a GEO team, equipped with video cameras, are sent into the quarantined apartment building to control the situation. After encountering some of the infected, the man from CDC uses something religious to fight them off. Surprisingly, it works. It turns out that the man from CDC is actually a priest sent by the church to get a blood sample from the Medeiros girl. When they get to the attic, they find out that the infected can travel all around the building through the air ducts. The Medeiros girl is nowhere to be found. One of the GEO’s goes up to the air duct and finds a sample of her blood – the only one that the original priest took from her. The priest then does something religious with some of it, and it explodes, confirming that it IS the blood he’s looking for; however, the SWAT member holding the rest of the blood drops it because of the explosion, rendering it useless. They then are forced to get the blood sample from the Medeiros girl herself…

The film opens with a gang initiation, where a boy living on a council estate in South London is made to take drugs and hold a pistol. After this, in a scene apparently filmed on a mobile phone, three gang members joyriding around the estate on a motorcycle harass and shoot dead a mother walking her child. While fleeing the murder scene, they speed across a road in front of an oncoming truck and are also killed. The titular Harry Brown (Caine), an elderly former Royal Marine and Northern Ireland veteran who is suffering from emphysema, wakes to news of these deaths over the radio. In order to visit his hospitalised wife Harry must cut through a public underpass, which is a gathering spot at all hours by local thugs and gang members…

1965 South Vietnam, two American Soldiers find themselves trapped in the Jungle with a War surrounding them. The only thing keeping them alive is the promises in their hearts they kept to their families – to return home at any cost. One Soldier, Private David M. Church awakes from being rendered unconscious to find all of his squad killed by the Vietcong. Three Days by foot, he must travel to the Landing Zone for extraction. In the distant Jungle, Church comes across an injured VC and makes him pay for the lives of his squad. Payment comes in the form of a bullet to the VC shoulder. Moving closer Church finds out the farmer dressed VC is actually an American Tunnel Rat. Mentally broken, Church carries the Tunnel Rat closer to the LZ. Along the way Church finds other American Soldiers in need of help. Death follows as Church makes a gallant effort to save lives in dire desperation to reach the LZ. The VC, and one of his own claim anyone that attempts to leave the Jungle. Church reaches the LZ, but it costs him everything, including his promise. Save yourself, or save a life other than your own… full well knowing you won’t make it out of the Jungle alive.
